Pan Card service provider (NSDL and UTIITSL)

Dear VLE,

This has been brought to our notice by Pan Card service provider (NSDL and UTIITSL) that many VLEs are not sending the physical copies of the documents to the service provider.

It has now been made mandatory by both NSDL and UTIITSL that the ink signed hard copy of all the documents required for the PAN card i.e. Form 49, address proof, photo ID etc. have to be collected from the customer for each online application submitted by you. Hence you are requested to collect the hard copies from the customer and submit it to District Manager. It has been decided by NSDL and UTIITSL that a penalty of Rs. 275 shall be imposed in case the ink signed physical copies are not submitted by the VLEs. Hence you are requested to submit the documents to the DMs within 10 days from the date of submission of online application by the you. Also the scanned copy of the documents should be submitted online within 2 days of submission of the documents else a penalty shall be imposed by them.

Also please note that you need to check the documents before receiving it from the customer. Wrong document will not be acceptable by the DMs.

Thanks & Regards
Team CSC
